We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, develop strategic initiatives, and manage a talented team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fashion industry, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, the ability to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, and the ability build and manage a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and lead a marketing team by hiring, training, and mentoring marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.
- Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the fashion market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, streetwear, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
