About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to be our brand’s voice, vibe, and energy on the ground
in the UAE.
You’ll be at the heart of Alaan’s UAE story - building our local community, creating content that
travels, launching unforgettable offline activations, and collaborating with influencers, creators,
and customers.
This is not a desk job, you’ll be out capturing stories, leading activations, and turning everyday
interactions into brand moments that stick.
We’re looking for someone hands-on and proactive. Someone who understands execution,
moves fast, and isn’t afraid to figure things out along the way.
What you'll do
- Shoot and produce content on-ground - customer stories, product demos, and on-the-fly reels. Whether it’s a café, co-working space, or customer office, you’ll go where the story is and bring it to life.
- Plan and execute BTL activations like food truck stunts, mascot appearances, conference booths, and coffee shop pop-ups. You’ll lead everything from planning to coordination.
- Own self-hosted events in the UAE - from sourcing venues to running the show on event day.
- Manage influencers and creators - find the right people, brief them, review content, and make sure campaigns are executed.
- Grow our community in a way that feels real - creating touchpoints and conversations that matter to finance professionals.
- Create and grow relationships with finance communities, accounting bodies, startup networks, and media - and make sure Alaan is part of the conversation.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in marketing
- Proactive, creative, and seriously resourceful
- Comfortable being out and about, not just behind a screen
- A well-rounded marketing generalist - you’ve done a bit of everything
