Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in real estate marketing to lead campaigns that generate qualified leads, elevate brand presence, and support the launch and promotion of iconic developments. This role is ideal for someone who understands both lifestyle branding and performance marketing, with the ability to manage a team and work cross-functionally across creative, sales, and technology functions.
In addition to strategic marketing execution, this role includes technical oversight of customized real estate portals, ensuring seamless front-end design and full-stack functionality that align with lead-generation and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage full-funnel digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, real estate portals).
· Drive high-quality lead generation for residential and commercial developments.
· Track conversion rates and performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts support the sales pipeline at every stage.
· Monitor campaign budgets and report on performance with optimization insights.
· Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce visuals and messaging that reflect the aspirational and lifestyle-driven identity of each project.
· Ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns, brochures, websites, and all marketing materials.
· Bring developments to life through storytelling that resonates with high-value buyers and investors.
· Oversee the design and ongoing development of custom real estate portals, CRM-integrated websites, and landing pages.
· Coordinate with internal developers or external vendors to maintain and optimize front-end UI/UX and full-stack functionality.
· Ensure digital platforms are aligned with business goals — from lead capture to customer journey tracking.
· Lead a multi-functional marketing team (digital marketers, designers, content writers, developers).
· Set and track quarterly OKRs and KPIs across all marketing disciplines.
· Provide mentorship, training, and regular feedback to ensure high team performance and growth.
· Work closely with sales, customer service, and development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
· Incorporate market feedback into messaging, targeting, and content planning.
· Stay up-to-date on UAE real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies.
· Use insights to guide creative direction, media planning, and positioning strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 6+ years of experience in real estate marketing, ideally with a top-tier developer in the UAE.
· Strong B2C marketing background with proven success in digital lead generation and performance campaigns.
· Solid understanding of real estate branding, positioning, and storytelling.
· Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
