As a key part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking an experienced Mentor to provide expert guidance and oversight for our Facilities Management and Quality Assurance programs. The ideal candidate will be a senior professional who can collaborate closely with our management, Facilities Management, and maintenance service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Evaluate and provide recommendations on existing systems, workflows, and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities management operations.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide technical training and guidance to our partners and their technicians on maintenance-related tasks and best practices.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a third party to mediate and resolve disputes between our internal Facilities Management team and external maintenance service providers.
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Establish and maintain robust quality control systems, overseeing processes to ensure all services meet the highest standards.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all services and processes are compliant with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including IT, Facilities Management, Human Resources, and senior leadership, to embed a culture of quality throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior facilities management role with deep knowledge of Quality Assurance programs and best practices.
- Expertise: Extensive expertise and practical experience in facilities management, with a track record of implementing successful strategies.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to monitoring and inspecting services and processes to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively report findings, present solutions, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Technical Background: A bachelor’s degree in engineering is highly preferred, coupled with over 30 years of relevant professional experience.
