Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for managing and leading a nursery classroom
- Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with the British EYFS framework
- Support the development of each child socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain observation records
- Create a warm, caring, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate with parents about daily routines and developmental updates
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety with support staff
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture
- Guide and supervise the classroom assistant teacher assigned to the group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead nursery or early years teacher
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
- Good command of English for team and parent communication
- Strong classroom management and planning skills
- Familiarity with the British EYFS is an advantage
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and willing to work in Ajman
