We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator to support daily administrative operations within a construction environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of UAE construction processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Support site and office teams with scheduling, procurement follow-up, and reporting.
Maintain and organize records, permits, and regulatory compliance documents.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and government authorities as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles within the construction industry.
1+ years of UAE experience in a similar capacity.
Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
