We’re on the lookout for a Project & Operations Executive to join our dynamic team—someone who can take charge of executing high-impact projects, manage logistics with precision, and work across teams spanning marketing, communication, and digital.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive end-to-end execution of key projects, from planning to rollout
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time and on brief
* Manage logistical needs for project activations, shoots, campaigns, and digital outputs
* Liaise with design, communication, and social media teams to align deliverables
* Oversee scheduling, documentation, and task tracking across multiple initiatives
* Support one-off high-level events or productions linked to flagship projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Can independently manage deliverables and follow through on execution
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Familiarity with digital marketing, social media workflows, and project timelines
* Comfortable using Google Suite, Excel, or project management tools
* Passionate about bringing ambitious ideas to life with clarity and structure
