Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer (Arabic or Philippine ) to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, negotiation, and cost management to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and negotiate with suppliers for quality and cost-effective materials.
-Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
-Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve disputes.
-Monitor procurement expenses and stay within budget.
-Review and negotiate supplier contracts.
-Ensure inventory levels are maintained to prevent shortages.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
-Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English (Written & Spoken)
✔ Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Knowledge of procurement software and supply chain management
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
