About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experience Procurement Officer with a strong background in Facility Management (FM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, vendor management, and compliance with company policies. Fluency in Arabic is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities specific to Owners Association Management (OAM) Services, materials and supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Source, negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure best value, quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes and ensure service-level agreements are met.
- Prepare purchase orders, RFQs and tender documents in compliance with company policy.
- Track and analyze procurement KPIs, budgets and cost savings initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contractors and procurement transactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Facility Management
- Strong knowledge of FM & OAM procurement categories (MEP, cleaning, security, maintenance services etc...)
- Fluency and both Arabic and English. (Non-negotiable).
- Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
- Proficient is ERP systems (Odoo Preferred) and MS Office.
- Strong Organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and procurement practices.
