Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the overall planning and execution of events, ensuring successful delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Project Development & Delivery
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial proposals to event execution and post-event analysis.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget, with clear communication of timelines and priorities.
Vendor Management
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet the event requirements.
Team Management & Coordination Creative
- Lead a design team, coordinate with production and accounts to meet deadlines, and provide leadership and direction to team members.
Operational & Administrative Management
- Manage the operational and administrative functions of event execution, ensuring efficiency.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event activities to ensure competitive advantage.
Onsite Management
- Conduct inspections and manage events on-site to ensure smooth execution.
Safety Management
- Plan events with a focus on safety, minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries.
Reporting & Evaluation
- Analyze event outcomes and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Experience
- Min 5-8 years proven background in event or project coordination/management.
- Experience in planning and executing events, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance procedures.
