We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Manage project budgets and control costs.
- Oversee site operations and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Lead project meetings and address issues as they arise.
