Job Description:
PTI FABRICATION, a leading steel fabrication company based in Sharjah, is looking for a Purchase Assistant (Fresher) to join our procurement team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career in the industrial procurement field and learn hands-on processes in steel materials sourcing and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and sending Request for Quotations (RFQs)
Coordinate with local and international suppliers for quotations and delivery timelines
Support in preparing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records
Maintain vendor and supplier contact details
Assist in follow-up and tracking of deliveries
Collaborate with internal departments (Stores, Estimation, Production)
Learn and use procurement systems like ERP and MS Excel
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Freshers are welcome to apply – prior experience is not mandatory
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications
Must be fluent in Hindi; English communication is an advantage
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical, fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
