Job Title: Purchase Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
- Support in monitoring inventory levels and requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Engineering (or related).
- Freshers welcome (training provided).
- Good communication & organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
