Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). The QHSE Manager ensures compliance with legal, industry, and client requirements, promotes a culture of safety and quality, and supports operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
- Conduct QHSE internal audits and coordinate external audits (client and certification bodies).
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to quality
2. Health & Safety Management:
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Lead risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and incident investigations.
- Plan safety inspections, drills, and site audits.
- Deliver/ ensure QHSE training programs to staff and subcontractors conducted.
- Conduct Hse Statistics analysis
- Set QHSE objectives & target.
3. Environmental Management:
- Develop and manage the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
- Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste, emissions, and resource usage.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
- Promote environmentally friendly practices across operations.
4. Integrated Management System (IMS):
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO standards.
- Conduct management review meetings and prepare audit documentation.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance and documentation.
- Guide & manage HSE team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
- NEBOSH IGC
- Lead Auditor ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 – IRCA Approved (Mandatory)
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001 (Optional but preferred)
- OSHAD Practitioner Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HSE experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or relocation industries.
- ADNOC project experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Tamil is a plus).
- Competent in report writing, risk analysis, and audit handling.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Working Conditions:
* Combination of office and site-based work.
* Occasional travel to operational sites or branches.
