This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and agents and ensuring that all documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the office, supporting sales and leasing activities and providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but at least High school diploma or equivalent is essential. • Total experience of 5 yrs with a prior experience in real estate administration of around 2-3 years is essential. • Strong organizational multitasking and analytical abilities with the tenacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate management software. • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of Real Estate processes and terminology. • Customer service orientation and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
