Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Persian and English to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and delivering a personalized and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Persian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations
- Translate and explain property details, contracts, and legal terms clearly and accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers from the Persian-speaking community
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations in the UAE
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Persian and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
