The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle of pre-owned properties (villas, apartments, and townhouses). From prospecting new listings to closing deals, you will leverage your market knowledge and negotiation skills to provide exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- List, market, and sell secondary market properties (ready properties).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company-generated leads.
- Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and pricing consultations for sellers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful closings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on community trends, valuations, and regulations.
- Collaborate with our internal support team to ensure a seamless transaction process for all clients.
