Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Manager to oversee the operations and management of our property. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of real estate operations to ensure optimal occupancy, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of commercial properties.
- Coordinate tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection.
- Supervise property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote properties.
- Conduct property inspections and oversee renovations or improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable related to properties.
- Liaise with legal advisors to handle disputes and regulatory matters.
- Maintain and update reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Manager or in property management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
