Position Title: Real Estate Manager
Location: ABU DHABI
Employment Type: Full‑time, on‑site
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the full cycle of sales, purchases, and property management, including lease negotiations, contract execution, and renewal processes.
- Manage daily operations of owned and third‑party properties, including maintenance oversight, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income, enhancing overall ROI GulfTalentJobLeads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulatory changes (especially RERA rules)
- Prepare detailed reports on property performance, financial analyses, and market insights for senior management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, landlords, vendors, and government bodies (e.g. DLD, RERA).
