Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This strategic leadership role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional ready to mentor talent, drive growth, and shape the future of our sales division.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (preferably in the UAE)
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proven success in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and market share
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on market trends
- Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry events
