Job Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract top talent using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and owners for all recruitment requirements
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Conduct interviews via phone and in-person interviews for the initial stage of recruitment.
- Ensure to fill positions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology
- With 2 years proven experience in recruitment and sourcing
- Must be well versed in recruiting industries in sales, marketing, huma resource, accountancy, warehouse staff, admin positions, and logistics.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Computer skills
- Immediate joiner is preferred
