Russian Female Speaking & Sales Assistants
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their fashion needs and preferences.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product lines (fabric, fit, brand story, etc.) to educate customers effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize transaction value (UPT & ATV).
Store Operations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, returns, gift cards).
- Perform opening, closing, and shift handover duties as per SOPs.
- Monitor fitting room activity and assist customers with product trials.
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving stock, tagging, and stockroom organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, backroom, and fitting areas.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store KPIs (Sales, UPT, Conversion).
- Communicate customer feedback to the Store Manager to improve service and product mix.
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new collections and promotions.
Customer Relationship Building
- Develop long-term relationships with repeat customers through personalized service.
- Maintain client database and contribute to CRM activities when applicable.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives such as loyalty programs, follow-ups, and personal styling sessions.

- Passion for fashion and strong styling sense
- Positive, energetic, and sales-driven personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in fashion retail is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
