Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property consultants
- Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready properties
- Provide training, coaching, and daily support to the team
- Maintain strong client and developer relationships
- Handle high-value negotiations and closing of deals
- Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
- Proven sales track record, especially in off-plan properties
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately
