We are looking to hire an ideal candidate for our office administration staff to take over day to day Office operations.
An Ideal candidate is required to have 3-5 years of experience in office admin roles. In addition to the following:
-Background in Engineering or Construction industry
-Must have very strong Organization Skills and Communication skills
-Have experience in filing and recording office staff expense reports, sub contractor invoices, posting payments for accounting purposes accurately.
- Needs to have experience in understanding how to apply for construction related inspections through different emirates authorities as per the company project requirement.
An ideal candidate for this role needs to be determined to finish daily tasks and report to management on daily basis.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
