Accountant Cum Admin Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Job Function/ Responsibilities

Manage the company accounting duties, Handling and coordinating operations of Accounts and administrative task. Manage / monitor daily office operation. Manage/Monitor logistics and resources. Responsible for providing secretarial service. Responsible for handling telephone/fax and be responsible for all incoming calls/faxes and communicating to relevant persons and projects. Data entry in accounting software/Tally-9 of cash and bank payment. Record and file the following (Book Keeping). Ideal applicant should have a proven working UAE experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree in commerce, Business Administration or Accounting, preferable with MBA degree in Accounting.
  • Having at least 2-3 year of experience will be advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and strong database skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability.
