Role Scope:

The Client Service Center agent is responsible in maintaining excellent customer contact relationships through developing and implementing policies and procedures to increase customer satisfaction. The CSC Agent will play an important role in helping the company achieve its mission, vision, values and strategic profit objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage effective client interaction leading to increased lead generation, repeat business and enhance overall brand experience by the customer
  • Define and implement the standard operating procedures for the department in line with the company’s mission, vision and values
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by the CSC and IT team including: Inbound and outbound calls, quality assurance, MIS and CRM, data entry and record keeping
  • Ensure all client calls (enquiries, requests, complaints) are attended to as per best customer service practices and quality standards
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues/concerns using the available information/database. Efficiently understand the customer’s requirement and strive to provide business solutions
  • Proactively strive to have an in depth understanding of new CRM technology and MENA market, including the company’s market share and that of competitors

Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center, preferably in Real Estate industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Highly structured and organised
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Arabic Speaking is a plus
