Coordinator

In responsibility of ordering and stocking electrical materials such as LED lights, HVAC, and so on.
Negotiating the cost with facility's supplies based on day to day from IFM supervisors.
Follow the processes and concepts specified in the company's document lifecycle procedures.
As needed, archive, manage, and retrieve records.
Processing all incoming vendor invoices for payment.
Creating PR, RFQ & LPOs for all contractors and vendors in IFM Project.
Responsible for releasing and receiving facility items on time – IFM Project.
In responsibility of generating the monthly cost of facility material report for each Concept.
On a quarterly basis, cost savings may be realized by locating new vendors with reduced prices for electrical, HVAC, civil, and plumbing materials.
In-charge for Company Staff Transportation on all routes, preparing monthly reports on who are availing the transportation & who are cancelling as well, report will be submitted to HR for monthly transportation deduction.
Answering & resolving (E-mails, Landlines or verbally) all the Transportation queries from the Company Staff.

In-charge for supervising & assigning works for company corporate drivers. Kindly see the below daily works for my corporate driver’s team:

Cheque Deposit & withdraw.
TT & TR Document’s submission to Banks.
Pickup & drop of Confidential Docs on any company & government offices.
Pickup & drop of Guests.
Processing staff Certificate attestation in MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
Processing Legal Documents attestation in MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
Sending Company new joiner staff to their medical.
Receiving & distributing all the mails, letters, bank letters coming from Company PO Box.
Cash deposit & withdraw, for payroll team, HR Team.

Requirements

Diploma
3 to 5 years experience
Proficient with Computers and MS Office
