Job Key Details:
Reply to customer inquiry calls quickly assessing the customer needs and problems to provide relevant solutions
Monitor customer inquiries and ensure they are handled immediately
Develop an efficient easy to use customer account file for the company
Assist customers with product and service information
Suggest process improvements if necessary
Recommend improvement on processes
Determine, research and settle customer issues using the computer systems
Regularly update customer details into the system
Respond to incoming calls or call customers as and when required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in any business related course
Candidates must demonstrate experience in the same field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Competency in using the computer applications with a good typing speed
Excellent customer service skills required
Suitable candidates must be from Egypt
Must have a positive attitude and able to interact well with the clients
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
