Our European client is a producer of fast-moving consumer goods. Their products are produced in Europe and distributed to over 60 countries worldwide. The Dubai Office is covering the whole of Middle Eastern and African markets.

Stellenbeschreibung

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Order processing and customer relation management
  • Ensure an efficient and professional contract management
  • Receipt and processing of orders, including the issuance of export documents
  • Collaborate with the management level relating to accounting, controlling and legal subjects
  • Work on financial tasks, including the preparation of offers and processing of requests
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and building up new customer relationships
  • Obtaining legalizations/attestations of documents from various authorities in Dubai
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including high-quality telephone support
  • Support in planning events
  • Develop new packaging material in coordination with marketing and design agencies
  • Administrative tasks

Anforderungsprofil

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University degree in a commercial field
  • Work experience in customer service, ideally in the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of ERP tools
  • Excellent English skills, German language skills are of great advantage
  • Customer-oriented, communicative and empathic
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Organized and highly motivated
  • Pay attention to detail
