ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Consultant (Hair Transplant) provides personalized customer service to recommend and promote the most suitable treatment service according to the customer’s needs and requirements. will be the main representative for the clinic and its services and will act as a bridge between customer and the medical team.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform professional pre-consultation and evaluation of customer’s needs
  • Recommend treatment services and inform clients on the details and procedures
  • Respond to customer requests, questions, and other inquiries in a timely manner
  • Inform clients of the current promotions, events and services within the clinic
  • Generate or pursue leads and sell the services to secure and grow client base
  • Maintain long term relationship with clients to achieve and exceed p target
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding individual sales and productivity goals
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and new developments in the industry
  • Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of the treatment services in the clinic

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Minimum Experience:

Fluency in English and Arabic

Previous experience as an advisor in luxury client focused environment

Experience as Medical Representative is an advantage

Job-Specific Skills:

Strong interest in and understanding of the hair transplant industry

Excellent presentation and strong persuading, negotiating and influencing skills
