Urgently required Data Entry Operator (Male) for a manufacturing company in DIP-II. (1 No.s Position)

1. Data encoding for all departments.
2. RFQ to suppliers.
3. Make comparisons and place PO after getting approval.
4. Follow up with supplier and ensure the PO is shipped on time.
5. Responsible for accurately and timely entering production (area wise), dispatch or sales related data in the company ERP system.
6. Making sales quotations.
7. Packing list.
8. Booking hotels, flight tickets.
9. Scheduling of meetings.
10. Report writing.
11. Any other data entry job.
12. Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

Skills and Competency
Qualification: High School / Graduate should have good error free typing skills.
Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience of Data Entry in Manufacturing Sector
Soft skills: Positive Attitude, Sincere, Honest
Reporting to: Concerned Department Head

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,000.00 to AED2,000.00 /month
