EXECUTIVE - SOCIAL MEDIA
Understand the goal, audience, and message of a campaign and develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Oversee off-page reputation management for Brand DAMAC across 3rd party websites
Work with Customer Service to help address and solve customer complaints, questions and other inquiries in a timely manner.
Engage quickly and efficiently in pop-culture/real time/trending moments, across platforms with accurate and engaging content.
Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop social and where required site content, style and layout
Create and publish engaging content
Develop and maintain an ever-evolving editorial calendar via a detailed publishing schedule.
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
Provide support to other team members in monitoring and engaging in brand related online conversations.
Participate in inter-departmental brainstorms and actively contribute new and exciting ideas to implement in future campaigns and initiatives.
Minimum 2-3 years related professional experience in social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Basic technical knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
