Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming the visitor and offering beverages (water, tea or coffee).
Guiding the visitors to the meeting/conference room.
Notifying colleagues of the arrival of visitors.
Being the first point of contact for meeting room reservations and maintaining appointment diary.
Maintaining the arrangement of all the equipment from the ground floor up to the first floor following the guidelines.
Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Following the schedule of opening and closing of the showroom.
Answering phone calls and providing general information to the caller.
Receiving Business related documents from the courier or any other delivery.
Ordering pantry/kitchen and office supplies.
Being the first point of contact for various services such as pest control, office disinfection, maintenance, etc.
Organizing catering for the meetings if needed.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder.
Two to four years’ experience in a similar role.
The ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, attention to details.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
