Receptionist / Admin Assistant
· Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
· Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries .
· Order office supplies when needed.
· Assisting staff for car service and maintenance booking.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
· Checking the traffic fines
· Assisting accounts department in releasing cheque to supplier.
