About the job

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Initiate and nurture relationships with brokers in Dubai to sell exclusive projects both ready and off-plan.

· Show properties/mock-up rooms to the brokers and potential buyers

· Consistent follow up throughout the sales process.

· Clear communication through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction

· Successfully convert company leads.

· Maintain and expand relationships

· Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes in regulations

The tasks will not be limited to the above and from time-to-time company may require additional support in various areas of business


· Valid UAE Driving license

· Proficient use of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of UAE Property market with minimum 2 years of experience in the field. Developer sales experience is a must.

· Good network / database of investors and brokers.

· Positive and hardworking attitude with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills.

· Can start immediately.


Salary AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 depending on the experience plus an attractive commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
