Job Description

Job Purpose:
To resolve product complaints & ensure customer satisfaction through efficient & timely service.

Main Job Responsibilities:
To guide the technicians on repairs of products & appliances assigned to company workshop as per manufactures specification against agreed time frames

Monitor daily activities to ensure desired productivity, quality and all departmental objectives are met

assist them in handling calls for maintenance services.

Able to develop installation and repair standards / bylaws for the company including troubleshooting

Manage & supervise project activities for installations of new products ( home/ kitchen appliances)

Provide guidance and manage to the Field team.

Ensure team has full product and service knowledge, as well as customer handling skills with regular training.

Create reports for reviews & provide suggestions & directions for betterment of service units.

Supervise operational activities of service center for revenue generation.

Ensure availability of spare parts with periodic reviews of stocks level and efficient planning.

Devise technical training programs along with HR to build team capacities

Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics or relevant subject additional management degree would be advantage.
  • 5-6 years experience in service center operation preferably in electronic consumer goods.
  • Should have communication, team building & strong interpersonal skills.
