Site Inspectors with HSE and Safety certification

Job Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all construction works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
  • Promote safety awareness in both work practices and company culture
  • Inspects equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in construction and maintenance of overhead and underground power lines: Inspects safety belts, ladders, ropes, rubber goods, and tools and replaces those not meeting safety requirement.
  • Coordinate with the contractor’s foreman in charge of the work daily to advice on the proper execution of the work.
  • Coordinate with the Materials Inspectors and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials..
  • Process the Inspection Requests and maintain records of their status.
  • Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality
  • Promoting safe practices on site.
  • Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs
  • Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations
  • Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures
  • Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans
  • Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelors degree with HSE and Safety certification

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 6- 10 years experience & 5+ years of minimum GCC experience
