Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, hiring managers and peers to deliver a first-class recruitment experience for all parties. You will build solid relationships at management level with leaders in your client group and work with them to fulfil their current hiring needs through a mixture of self-sourcing and the management of third party providers. You will be tasked with understanding the future needs of the departments you support and working with the wider recruitment team to develop sourcing strategies to allow the business to more efficiently & more cost effectively bring quality talent into Informa. You'll be responsible for working with the regional team leaders in the recruitment function to prioritise workloads and ensuring that the regional leads get the support they need with top of the funnel activities.


The role of TA Partner is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:

  • Sourcing of multiple roles concurrently either directly, through recruitment partners, websites or other social media sources.
  • Build solid relationships with your client groups – become a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Understand future needs and act proactively.
  • Screening candidates via telephone and face to face.
  • Working to build strong relationships with agency partners to drive quality and value when required.
  • Maintain accurate records within our ATS
  • Creating attractive advertising campaigns to drive application traffic.
  • Coaching line managers through the decision-making & interview process.
  • Develop knowledge of competitors and create bios of candidates to present to management.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment management team to drive the quality of the candidate experience
  • Live the Informa brand and be a cultural ambassador and gate keeper for the organization.
  • Manage the resourcing shared resource team


Requirements / Experience we would be looking for:

  • Several years experience either in agency or in house - ideally a mixture would be great!
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Energetic and passionate with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of recruiting across different central functions would be an advantage.
  • A desire to challenge the status quo and solve problems.
  • Highly organised and a fast learner.
  • Commercially minded
  • Ability to influence, drive change and ensure excellent hiring decision's are being made
