Warehouse Shift Leader

DubaiFull-time, PermanentYOUR ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper proceeding of warehouse procedures as well as supporting the Shift Manager at the warehouse. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete duties related to warehousing and distribution
  • Motivate the team to achieve maximum productivity
  • Ensure all documentations are filed as per operational and company requirements
  • Assess workloads within the team and allocate resources adequately
  • Oversee stock control and stock enquiries via Warehouse Management System
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding warehouse operations
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Bachelors' degree in logistics, supply chain or a similar discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in contract logistics, preferably with a retail industry background
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with warehouse management systems
  • Experience in leading teams in a fast paced working environment with high volume operations
  • Excellent command in English language
