Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Head to lead academic operations at our Dubai Regional Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Management, Education, or a related discipline, and will be responsible for ensuring academic quality, curriculum alignment, faculty development, and academic compliance with the parent university in Paris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction across all programs offered at the regional campus.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, faculty recruitment, training, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Ensure academic delivery aligns with the quality standards and policies of the European International University .
- Collaborate with the university’s academic board and HQ for curriculum updates, academic audits, and academic planning.
- Monitor student performance, retention, and academic support services.
- Conduct periodic reviews, academic audits, and ensure compliance with relevant accreditation and regulatory bodies.
- Organize academic events, faculty development programs, and research initiatives.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- PhD or Doctorate in Business Management, Education, or a closely related field from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in academic leadership or faculty management, preferably within international or European university systems.
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks, higher education regulations, and academic governance in the UAE and Europe.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead academic teams and foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation.
