Academic Counsellor (Immediate):
Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through course offerings, provide consultation, and manage the enrollment process using CRM tools. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for tele sales and lead conversion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use CRM software to manage leads, present training programs, and highlight benefits
- Generate 10–15 new contacts daily from incoming inquiries
- Follow up regularly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain lead engagement
- Conduct both virtual and face-to-face consultations with potential students
- Aim to convert as many leads as possible into enrollments monthly
- Submit daily performance updates and a monthly sales report to management
- Support additional administrative and enrollment-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Business, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling, telesales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong sales mindset with a passion for lead generation and student engagement
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
