- Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and audits.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and reports
- HR & Admin Key Responsibilities:
- Government Relations:
- Liaise with government departments (such as immigration, labor, and municipal authorities) for permits, visas, and labor-related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies.
- Handle official correspondence with ministries, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
- Visa and Labor Card Processing:
- Manage the process of employee visas, work permits, and residency cards.
- Handle renewals, cancellations, and modifications of employee visas.
- Assist in processing family visa applications for employees.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the company complies with local laws, including the renewal of trade licenses, company registration, and other legal requirements.
- Process and track renewals of company documents such as trade licenses and insurance.
