Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive (Preferebly Lady Candidate) Admin Cum Team Coordinator with basic accounts knowledge to manage office operations, support our teams, and assist with financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Duties
· Manage day-to-day office operations (supplies, correspondence, schedules).
· Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for teams.
· Maintain and update company databases (employee records, vendor lists).
· Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, couriers, Quotations).
2. Team Coordination
· Act as a liaison between management, staff, and clients.
· Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
· Track project timelines and follow up with teams on deliverables.
3. Accounts Support
· Assist with basic bookkeeping: invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
· Reconcile vendor bills and process payments.
· Support payroll preparation and maintain financial records.
· Work with external accountants for audits/reports.
4. Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure all administrative and financial documents are filed accurately.
· Monitor deadlines for licenses, renewals, and company permits.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
✅ Experience: 1+ years in admin/coordinator roles, preferably in FitOut/FM.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (invoices, payments, Excel).
✅ Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books).
Fluent in English, Hindi
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
