We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Admin, Accounts & HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of proven expertise in secretarial and administrative duties, with an acceptable background in accounting, fast data entry and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate professional communication with suppliers and customers, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written English proficiency.
- Assist in accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Execute efficient data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
- Sponsored Visa is a must.
- Fluent Verbal & Written English is a must.
- Minimum of three years of experience in secretarial and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and data entry techniques.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- UAE driving license (preferred, but not mandatory).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
