Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handles billing and data entry for sales and purchases
- Manages payments – both receivable and payable
- Maintains stock of office supplies and ensures nothing is missed
- Coordinates courier deliveries to different places and makes sure items are received correctly
- Updates and maintains Excel sheets for daily and monthly records
- Assists with closing accounts at the end of each month
- Supports overall office work and smooth daily operations
