Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries
- Prepare billing, delivery notes and invoices in coordination with sales coordinator
- Maintain organized records of customer enquiries, quotations, and invoices.
- Update petty cash transactions in ERP software.
- Cross-verify supplier invoices and delivery receipts against LPOs in ERP.
- Ensure accurate entry of purchases and expenses into the ERP
- Enter incoming material details in the ERP system upon delivery.
- Filing of all quotations, invoices, receipts, and documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work in a small business environment.
