Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle client communication through phone, email, and in person
- Maintain and organize client records, files, and documentation
- Assist tax consultants in preparing and submitting documents
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on appointments
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and handle basic billing tasks
- Coordinate with government departments for submissions and filings
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of client financial information
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support in preparing reports and compliance tracking

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
