What You'll Handle:
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Manage daily administrative tasks and office organization
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and document prep
• Liaise with external PRO for visa and licensing processes
• Support HR events, communications, and internal announcements
• Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Requirements
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Office Proficiency: Especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage orientation processes and documentation.
