Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms
- Providing clear and accurate product information to clients
- Preparing accurate quotes and order information
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to support team operations
- Occasionally assisting with studio photoshoots and events
What We’re Looking For:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A warm, professional, and approachable personality
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
Position Details:
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Schedule: Full-time | 6 days per week
- Start Date: Immediate start preferred
