Empire City Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, international team in a professional yet friendly office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist agents with documentation, property listings, and general administrative support
- Coordinate appointments, calls, and follow-ups with clients and partners
- Maintain accuracy of data and client records in the CRM system
- Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner when required
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English (Russian language is an advantage)
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
